You do not need to be home to allow your Clean Freak to access your home or business, but we are happy to accommodate whatever fits your needs. We are quite experienced in cleaning without disrupting your life, even if you work from home or have sleeping children. During your initial setup, you can discuss with your Clean Freak any arrangements, including garage codes, keys assigned, alarm codes, etc.
Yes! That is our goal. We understand the trust you put in someone who comes in your home, and we feel that working with the same Clean Freak consistently allows you as the client to build on that relationship of trust.
No. Your Clean Freak will bring all of the supplies and equipment for your cleaning. We are devoted to "green cleaning", and use products not harmful to you, your family or pets. Our products work and smell great! We also use HEPA certified vacuum cleaners such as MIELE, RICCAR and SEBO.
Please provide and also discuss with your Clean Freak if you prefer a specific product for an area of your home.
Our prices are fair market rates based on the square footage of your home and frequency of your cleaning. We offer up-front pricing and are happy to customize any cleaning package to fit your budget. Our posted prices are general guidelines, however, no price is final until a Clean Freak sees your home or business and sets the final price. Our minimum charge is $85.
